The Good Vibration Game and Why YOU Should be Playing it

Have you ever really stepped back and paid attention to what you are telling yourself on a day to day basis-or better yet-on a minute to minute basis? The reason that this is so important is that what you focus on expands. According to Law of Attraction (and Quantum Physics) when you focus on a thought over and over, it becomes a belief. And since you are made of energy and like attracts like, your energy will be either vibrating at a high level or a lower level-based on your thoughts. Your goal is to vibrate at a high level and attract things you desire-for your greatest good. Be careful not to get caught up in the mind chatter that keeps you at a low vibration-attracting more of its kind. That is called the “What if Down Game?” It might go something like this: You thought that an interview for a job that you really want went well and they just about promised you the job but you haven’t heard from them in two days. So these thoughts start creeping into your head: “Why aren’t they calling me? Maybe they are concerned that I asked for too much money Or it could be my age. I am sure that there are 5 million other people who need work and will work for nothing. Why can’t I ever get ahead? I will never be able to make enough money to support my family. This economy sucks! How will I ever be able to live a comfortable life or retire? I should have known this would happen-it always happens to me!”...

Double Your Income, Double Your Fun

Let’s face it-we are well into our first month of 2015 and either you have begun to manifest some compelling goals for this year or you have just thought about it (or maybe you simply don’t care). This is for those of you who do care and want to make things happen but you just can’t seem to get the ball rolling. So let’s start with the basics. 1) You have to know what you want first- sounds simple but if you don’t know this, how can you possibly know when you have achieved it? How can you envision it, create it and plan for it? For example, if your goal is to make $120,000 this year-then write that goal down. Envision what you will  do with that money. Journal about what you can add to your life with that money. Make it visceral-not just in “your head”. Imagine what joy this would bring. Maybe you want to travel more with your family. What might that be like? Write that down. Then put a dollar amount next to that goal. Keep doing that until you have spent that $120,000. Have some fun with this! 2)Start Thinking a lot Bigger-If you start with the end in mind  you may have to play a much bigger game to succeed. This may be a total mindset shift if you have not been able to reach that goal before. So start paying attention to limiting beliefs and replace them with positive, forward thinking ones. What would you do to make this happen? The litmus test for your beliefs should be whether or not...

The #1 Game Changer for Life, Business and World Peace

I believe that the simplest mind shifts can be the most profound and yet often they seem to elude us in this fast paced, ever changing world we live in. In order to really tap into the pulse of what is happening in your life, business and world, it is really important to slow down and be mindful of how you “show up” because, when all is said and done, the juicy stuff happens in those moments when you are present to them. You can make tons of money and never be happy. You can have all kinds of things and feel empty and you can have tons of recognition and still feel small. Life is funny that way. The smoke and mirrors of what seem really important often leads us down paths that don’t fulfill us and leave us hungry for more. Who you are and how you show up is what counts. I am talking about your highest and best self. This is the self that has empathy for people-who tries to see the world through their eyes without judging-who strives to understand what it might be like to “walk in their shoes”. Now I am not here to preach morality and am certainly not Mother Theresa, but I have always tried to understand what it might be like to walk in someone else’s shoes. We are so quick to judge people instead of understand them first. It is pretty obvious how you can empathize with people on a day to day basis and it certainly would be a prominent factor in creating world peace. When we...
