Denise-thanks for your comments. I also am still working with a great coach and I agree wholeheartedly. If you want to keep upleveling-you need a great coach. Love the term “froaching”-may have to use it-lol

I call when you attempt to coach a family member or friend *Froaching* it just does not give the client the opportunity to be coached without an agenda. Have you ever seen an Olympic athlete without a coach? I was in a senior leadership role for 7 years prior to hiring my executive coach. I grew more as an individual in the last 3 years along side of my coach than I had the 2 decades before. Select a coach that will always support you, however this coach should not have any problem holding you accountable the way you ask to be held, and they should also assist you in stretching your goals higher than you can even begin to imagine!
