It is exciting for me to notice that there is a revolution of us Baby Boomer Women who are defying common myths about aging.
Having grown up in a society where aging women were looked upon as obsolete and invisible, it tickles me to see my friends and peers take a stand and say:
“We are not done yet! We still have something to say and we are going to be heard!”
I mean, we are talking about a generation of women that I am sooooo proud to be a part of. We have truly changed the world for future generations of women. We embrace heart and soul and wisdom, not only in our personal lives but our businesses as well.
We are fearless and ready to shine our light once again.
And the numbers are with us so watch out world!!!
As a coach, what I am really interested in, though, is how I can help one woman at a time tap into her inner guidance to change her world so that she lives her life to the fullest, with intention and joy.
The only thing that stops a woman from creating the life she wants is herself and her gremlins.
My mission is to help each woman work through fear and limiting beliefs (gremlins) so that she can start living her life full out and on fire.
Every woman is capable of choosing how she wants to live the next phase of her life. I want each woman that I work with to wake up every day and feel excited about what is to come. I want her to know that she can create a life that make’s her heart sing and that it is truly her choice.
