This year, I want to invite you to think about goals differently.
Most people set goals that won’t disrupt their life, their identity, or their nervous system.
They choose goals that are sensible, comfortable-
Goals their brain can agree to without breaking a sweat.
And while those goals feel safe, they rarely change anything.
In this episode of the podcast, I’m talking about the goals that don’t feel reasonable—the big, bodacious, badass ones.
The goals that make you hesitate before saying them out loud because you know they’ll require you to become a different version of yourself.
The ones that trigger that familiar internal alarm whispering, “This feels dangerous.”
