When you actively and intentionally choose fulfillment you actually change yourself from the inside out. As you take action towards what you want-who you become changes. You become more creative and resourceful. You become more confident. You have a feeling of harmony and congruence with the laws of the universe.. You are doing what is important to you. Everything feels lighter- even if you are afraid.
A fulfilled life is sometimes described as being perfectly alive, filled with purpose and satisfaction, involving vision and requiring intensive alignment with what you value most—a highly meaningful life. And a highly meaningful life means something different for everyone
