This is the only group coaching program for Interior Designers who want to get on the fast track to implementing staging services without starting at square one.

Let’s face it…

As an Interior Designer you are in a great position to add Home Staging to your menu…..

But there are still some key things that you need to learn in order to confidently fast track your way into adding staging services.

The great news is that once you learn a few strategies, you will find that staging jobs are a great source of income. They are also much simpler and quicker than most design jobs.

And there are many different staging models, so you get to choose which one would be a best fit for you.

  • Maybe you would like to add staging consults.
  • Or do model homes.
  • Perhaps investor flips is an avenue you would like to explore.
  • Or maybe you love the challenge of working with what people have- sort of like redesign. In this case, occupied homes may get your creative juices flowing.
  • If you live in a resort area, vacation home staging may be your jam.

As you can see there are many options for you to choose from, but you simply “don’t know what you don’t know”.

And I would loooovvvveeee to show you the way- to take you by the hand from “I am not sure” to “Yup, I can totally kick ass with this staging thing”!

Once you are armed with the missing pieces, you will be able to add staging services that excite you-easy peasey. No more angst about what you need to do. No more staying stuck in “what ifs”.

Isn’t it time that you implemented this fun, creative, rewarding stream of income to your repertoire?[/text_block]

I’ve been staging since 2008 and this year I decided to up my game by hiring a coach.

In just a short time I was on my way to doubling my annual earnings, gaining even more confidence with clients, up-leveling my marketing, defining my ideal client, exploring other home staging related career options that I had not previously considered, defining my business model so that it works for me, my agents, and home sellers, and finally, setting boundaries for a better quality of life.

It can be lonely working as a solo-preneur and Marianne helped me break out of my comfort zone, and gain clarity which propelled my business like never before.

Marianne Cherico is an amazing person with great insight and knowledge in the Real Estate and Staging Industries.  I had the great pleasure of hearing her speak at the Empowered Entrepreneurs Conference in Toronto.  She was extremely motivational and had great ideas for taking your business to the next level.  I was inspired and walked away with real ideas to implement in my business.

But even better than getting to hear Marianne speak, I got to meet her and get to know her as a person. I was very impressed with her kind heart and caring spirit.

As a stager and former Realtor, Marianne not only understands your business model but she understands the business model of your target market!  You could not ask for more in a business coach. Her coaching style will definitely get you where you need to go.  I would highly recommend Marianne!
