“Listen to your inner guidance and create your environment from that place.” I agree, and think that no matter what you’re doing, starting from the inside out is critical.

In terms of decorating though, it’s not always simple when you share your space with others. In that case, I think it’s important to declare your own spot (no matter how small) that speaks to you alone.

For me, it’s my office…and I was surprised how hard it was to stake a claim on my own room. We can get so used to creating space for others – especially at midlife, it’s time to create space that honours, nurtures and refuels us.

I enjoyed reading about what you do. I work in a similar fashion and find it truly rewarding for myself and my clients. Meeting others that have this philosophy, and point of view is always rewarding. Just sending a quick note to say…I love what you wrote, and am sure others benefit greatly from your honest service.
