In my latest podcast episode of Home Stagers and Designers on Fire I reflect on both the good and bad in life and business since my husband died in March 2022. It’s been a challenging year and yet I have grown personally and professionally in so many ways and I want to share with you what resilience looks like for me. It is not linear, not without all the “feels” and sometimes I have felt extremely vulnerable while still moving forward. But when I look at life with an attitude of gratitude and challenge myself to look at things through a different lens, I find the strength to live full out and create a life that is bigger than my grief (most of the time)…

Listen to the podcast here:

In this episode you will learn:

What personal and professional development looks like and why it is important to know what your litmus test is for success

Compelling questions to ask yourself and journal on in order to create growth in your life and business, no matter what is going on

What I’ve learned about life and business and grief and hope and how I’ve created happiness in my life while grieving the loss of my husband

How to make choices to live your life intentionally in spite of the way you may feel

What I am working on in order to help Home Stagers double their income on a flexible schedule

The idea of life being 50/50-both good and bad – and how being in resistance makes it more difficult

Specific steps that I have been taking in my life and business and why having a purpose is so important

How gratitude breeds abundance

My new mantra for this year and how it impacts my life and business
