When we started working together, she had only been full time in business a few months and wanted clarity around what to focus on and what types of jobs she would be working on. She also wanted to learn how to get those jobs. As we worked together a lot has changed. She has added design to her menu of services, become way more confident when reaching out to Real Estate Agents, created a lead magnet, updated her website with new offerings and worked on her inner game (to much success). I loved your podcast interview with Melpo Mankin. She and I know each other personally through the Greater Nashille RESA. While many of us in the group are fairly new to staging, Melpo brings empathy through her journey to those who struggle with the acceptance of who we truly are and what value we bring to our potential customers. Our uniqueness sells us, and we should not confine ourselves to a box of goodies that we think our target customers will buy. I really appreciated her testimony to accept your talents, do it afraid, and know that accountability and coaching are not a weakness, but a strength for the journey in gaining confidence.
