In this episode I talk with one of my fabulous coaching clients, Nancy Safran. Nancy came to me 5 years ago after being laid off from her position as an early childhood specialist. She was at a turning point and wanted to reinvent her previous career in interior design, but she was unsure where to begin. Nancy has worked with me both one on one and in my group coaching program and it has been so great to watch the trajectory of her staging career. She now stages homes in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and gets 75% of her staging business from Real Estate Agents who refer her over and over again. The relationships that she has built with these agents is built on trust and mutual respect and Nancy loves building a career that allows time for personal fulfillment and her family.
