Welcome to episode #88 of Home Stagers and Designers on Fire. In this episode I am delighted to talk with Tracy Molendi. Tracy started her business as a Professional Organizer. She then added Staging Services, Design work, Senior Downsizing, Estate Sales, and a Retail Store to her menu of services. Recently Tracy added Real Estate Sales since she has become a licensed Real Estate Agent. Tracy’s willingness and ability to pivot based on the needs of her clients has been one of her secrets to creating a profitable business in Midwestern Ohio.

In this episode you will learn:

How Tracy’s business evolved from a Solopreneur to a team offering multiple services

How Tracy’s core values keep her multiple offerings integrated and streamlined

Why Tracy decided to add Estate Sales to her menu and how she services her Sellers and makes money doing them

Why Tracy thinks it is important to remove herself from the staging when she is the listing agent

How Tracy works with Movers

The systems and processes Tracy implements and the project management software she likes

Why Tracy is changing to a commission based pay system and how it motivates employees to work as a team and to market and sell staging services
